Typical contracting agency. They'll blast messages to a 1000 people on linkedin and promise great open positions. Then take your resume and information and ghost you. Decent positions but underpaid. Good for filling in your resume with some contract positions in areas you want to work in. Don't stay long term with this company. Get your 6-8 contracts in and leave for better positions.
