LPS HR in Jacksonville, FL arranged the interview. The face to face interview was held in Houston. When the scheduled interviewer was called away unexpectedly, another Implementation Manager was called in to do the interview. The substitute interviewer was surprised to be asked at the last minute to fill in. He gave open and honest relies to this candidate's questions.
