Two video Interviews, back to back. Interviewer asked about my background in game design, my familiarity with video games and some scenario based questions about my experience working with children.

The interview was done through Skype, and was maybe about 30-40 minutes long. Questions were what was expected with a couple of 'fun' questions to close it out. We mainly discussed my experience, why I wanted to work there and how I would handle certain situations.

First interview was easy. Very laid back and easy questions. Second interview involved answering scenarios about things that could happen in a summer camp environment and discussed my experiences with technical skills.
