They called me the very same day I applied to the position. In the same call they interviewed me during 20 minutes and after that I received an email inviting me to take some assessment tests in the company. I took a 3-hour train to get there and did the 3 assessments -typing test, numerical test and Excel test. The feedback regarding the assessment was very positive and they even told me I was over qualified for the position. They appreciated the journey I did to get t her and told me that would be in contact for the final stage and in case of succeed they will help me to relocate in Brighton. I never heard back from them, I even send an email asking for feedback and they couldn't even reply a simple no. Very poor treatment for someone who spent a whole day going there for a role they need in which I was over qualified.

Sat with the finance manager and discussed my CV, experience, knowledge and aspirations. Very casual overall and felt relaxed. Nikki was very friendly and it was like talking to a friend about my life rather than being interrogated by a potential employer. After this stage, I completed a maths test (finance related) and then sat down with Nikki and the owner. The question were similar but more company focused and determining where my future plans were.
