The company needs to train its recruiters when they are sourcing a candidate. The recruiter said that she got my details from monster.com. The profile she told me about was not matching with my current experience. Their CTC budget was very low. There were no benefits or perks. I told her that I am not interested but instead of hanging up the call, she talked rudely with me. She said that I am not supposed to say no directly and that she is having much more experience than her. My reason for writing this review so that Black Turtle takes this as constructive criticism. It is ok to have a low budget but you should train your recruiters some basic ethics and manners. Why your recruiter will force anyone to come to a lower salary and work profile?? The lady was rude for no reason. Kindly train your employees some professional decorum
