I had a phone interview with a Recruiting Manager for a Recruiting Manager role. The interview was lackluster to say the least. He was recently promoted and was YAWNING over the phone. He was very clear that my resume had been passed to him and he had been asked to call me. He shared that there were many changes coming for all of HR at BV and that he was worried about his own job. The entire call really soured my view of HR at BV... it sounded risky and disorganized. I have many years of Recruiting Management experience and his interview skills left alot on the table. Once he began speaking about his own position security, I knew the call wasn't for any real role. Very strange experience, the multiple yawns while doing a call with a candidate was pretty over-the-top.
