Because I have a PhD, he asked me why I would apply as an entry level engineer. On the interview form, they have a check mark of EIT or not. Make sure you pass the FE exam.

Phone interview and then zoom interview. Was promised I'd hear back within a couple weeks but never heard back. I reached out to my interviewers after some time and did not get a response.

They focused a lot on situational questions: Tell me about a time you worked on a team you didn't agree with, etc.
Great and easy. Felt like I belonged and was easy to communicate with staff. Interview was not scary and was great to speak and learn about the company’s goals and ideals.
