Phone interview - lots of technical questions! Brain teasers. Since I was a remote candidate I just did one phone interview. I got my offer just in two weeks. The interviewers were the same people I worked with during my internship. Be prepared to talk about your previous experience and college projects.

The interview was more difficult than expected for a co-op role. Questions spanned multiple unrelated domains, with sudden shifts between topics such as embedded systems and web development. This approach felt somewhat unstructured and made it harder to understand what the team was actually prioritizing in candidates. Requirements to the questions were unclear.

Prepare to answer everything you know about SWE in an hour long interview. Expect to asked about 20 technical questions plus a tricky leetcode medium question.
Submitted resume online through blackberry careers page and Hr contacted me after 15-20 days to schedule interview. Interview was online via microsoft teams for 1 hr. There were 3 panelist.

Brush up on all the skills mentioned in your resume and go over past projects, practice coding questions and build stories for how you achieved something in your school/ precious work term or club. Interviewers are super nice! All the best!
