This company is a freaken joke. I was contacted by one of their recruiters in through Linkin for a staff software engineer position. We set up an initial one-hour phone-screen with one of their recruiters to go over my background . That led to a scheduled one-hour interview with one of their developers and a technical manager. The next step was a scheduled 4-hour interview with 4 members of their organization, a senior software engineer, a database engineer, a principal engineer, and a director. Due to the length of the interview, I scheduled a day off to attend the interviews. The day came for the big interview and I had 2 interviews with the senior software engineer and the db engineer. While waiting for the 3rd interview to start, I was informed that the rest of the interviews were canceled because of a production issue that they had to deal with. They wanted to schedule the remaining 2 interviews on another day. I agreed and scheduled another 2 hours so that the interviews could take place. On the day of the interview, on one of the interview, I waited a whole 15 minutes and no one showed up. I decided to text their HR contact and the interviewer finally showed up. It was very awkward right from the start as he was clearly pissed, and his first words were I was "only" 15 mins late. Clearly, I knew that it wasn't going to end well so I might as well just wait it out and finished the interview. I didn't get an offer but felt that I dodged a bullet as clearly this isn't an organization that any respectable person would want to work for.
