Applied online and got an email for the HR screening. Just two questions about yourself. Standard stuff. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer each question. Less than10 minutes in total. I applied for two positions so I had to do it twice. They asked the same questions both times so I had to tailor the answers slightly.

Video interview with Hirevue - it's average difficulty as they were basically asking very common behavioural questions. No technical details were asked during VI. Require microphones and video recording, so laptop is recommended.
