First step was a virtual 'cover letter', answering simple prerecorded questions. About a month letter got invited for a virtual interview (talking to actual person this time) on Hirevue. Lasted 30 minutes, asked why BlackRock, what I knew about Aladdin, biggest risk I've ever taken. Final step is super day at the New York office this week....

Initial virtual cover with 2 questions. First round interview over the computer. Final round in NY with multiple interviews. The first round interview was not so difficult, but expect a case interview type question and a couple questions that require some thought; Teach me something, Tell me about an experience where you had a disagreement with a leader and how it was resolved.
