First round interview at school- very basic behavioral questions. Second round interview on Superday- including group interview (supposed to be a fun project, but hard to gauge what they were looking for) and 3 on 1 interview. 3 on 1 interview asked a lot of questions about iShares, so make sure to be knowledgeable about that.

Colloquio
After a phone interview with a member of the Marketing and Communications Group, was invited for SuperDay at their office about a week later. Had 3 rounds of interviews and all were very nice and approachable. Mainly standard behavioral questions, 3 or 4 marketing-related questions. Had a mini “exercise/case” where I had a few minutes to come up for a tagline for a BlackRock print ad.
