Multi-step interview process. The first is a phone screening where they ask you about your general background and experiences. The second step is an on campus interview with the team you will be working with. The last interview is with the Head and Manager of the the whole technology department in New York City. The on campus interview was very basic questions about yourself. They throw some HR questions, background, experience, projects, ect. Most the question is how u would respond and react. The second part of the on campus interview is a short 30 minute test. The test is done online and the subject of linux and unix. The last interview is in NYC. They ask you the same typical HR questions (how do you work in a team, how do you tackle problems, if a problem arise... ect.) They also throw in some basic technical questions about Linux and networking protocol. It took them 2 months to get back at me with an offer. They said it took that long because of IT department restructuring.
