Applied through my company's career website. Got contacted about 2 weeks later for Montage interview. This round was all behavioral questions and easy. About a week later, I got contacted for phone interview. This round was about half behavioral and half technical questions.

Three 30 minute interviews, all behavioral questions, no technicals. Understand the business of asset management and why you would be successful in this specific business. Not very in depth, typical behavioral questions.

Describe a time when you had to work with a team on a project. What was the outcome?
Pretty average interview process. First round consisted of two - 30 minute interviews with two different individuals. The second and final round was a long interview that lasted around 1 hour. Final interview we had to pitch a product. They gave use the info and the presentation for it.
