Two first round interviews, back-to-back, 30mins each.
The first interviewer was disinterested and unprofessional. They didn't know where the team would be in the future, meaning that they didn't want to tell me, are unhappy in the role, or the team has weak vision. This interview lasted 10mins.
The second interviewer asked questions about my motivation, competencies, experience, and market developments.
I've yet to hear back, but am not expecting anything.

Screening by director, then super day with 3 directors/ VPs, technical questions about resume and their group. They focus mainly on fixed income so this was much of their questions

First round phone interview with analyst in the team. with only behavioral questions asked. Second round which is the superday, met with two analysts and one director in the team. Mainly technical questions.
