It is supposed to be a phone screening -> standard coding interview -> "super day" interview. I didn't get to the "super day" interview. For the most part it was professional, but I was just not happy they didn't "close the loop" after the interview. They should send an email following up after the interview regardless of success or failure.
Four interviews, forty five mins each. Met folks from different teams for their rotation program. Everyone was super smart and clearly excited about working there. Didn't end up taking the job because I decided to stay outside Chicago.
