I took a on campus first round interview. Interviewer was young and very easy to talk to. I researched his background on Linkedin before going into the interview. When I asked about his study abroad experience and how he believe that experience added value to BlackRock, the interviewer became very comfortable and excited. 80% behavioral 20% technical, was asked about my view on the market, and talked about the structure of PAG with other divisions within BlackRock. Sample Questions: Tell me about your internhsip experience at xxx. Why BlackRock? What would invest in today's market (fixed income)?

Two online interviews (first HireVue, later phone call that lasted about 30 minutes), then in-person Superday. Overall, everyone was really nice. They seemed to appreciate my knowledge of the firm (I had done a lot of research before-hand), but the questions were mainly about my previous experiences.
