The interview process involved two questions that had to be answered by video, with a few minutes to prepare and two minutes to answer. The questions were quite general interview questions.

The interview process consisted of a one way video interview which was automatic upon sending the application. They give you about 5 days time to complete the interview. This is a behavioural and motivational interview with 2 minutes preparation time and 3 minutes to speak. You only get one chance to record though.

Multiple Rounds: - Hirevue - Zoom interview #1 - Zoom interview #2 - Final Round (got cut here) The first two zoom interviews are behavioral, second is more technical to gauge your skills and fit. The final round is not challenging if you know statistics, economics and coding/data experience. I did well on coding and economics but messed up probability definitions which is why I likely got cut. Overall, I had a very positive experience and those who were interviewers were incredibly talented and passionate about their jobs.
