The hr reached out to me telling me he/she was interested and asked for availability for interview via email. I didn’t know it will have been a superday with 3 interviewers. I started asking question such as hiring process or next step and HR never replied. However the interview was set in a few days so I attended. I saw 3 people and still I have not heard back from HR. It was a total waste of time and a lack of professionalism to not respond after going to 3 interviews. I felt the interview went well since one of the interviewer gave me their email address. However if they were planning to ghost me all along then they shouldn’t respond to my application. I match their requirement but was treated like a nobody. It has been more than 8 weeks and no response even from HR after 3 interviews.
