It started with an employee referral who got my resume on the right person's desk. Then, when I was selected, there was a 30 minute skype interview which was mostly behavioral and then a super day following that with four back to back interviews which were a 70/30 behavioral/technical split

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.

Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
