After I applied online through the website, I was invited to a video interview with a person from the PAG team. It was 30 mins, mostly behavioral/tech questions such as how has technology help finance evolve. After 2 days I was invited for a final interview at their offices - 2 hrs, 4 interviewers, very nice people. Interview was pretty personalized and behavioral, asked mostly about my background, previous experience, why this major, what have I done that will help me in the position.
