The interview consisted of solving a data science case study, where your approach was assessed. I got the optimal approach right of the bat, and the interviewer said the same. Didn't hear back from them regarding next steps, when I contacted them they said that they had hired someone else for the role.

Tell me about yourself and your background. Why BlackRock?
Four interviews, forty five mins each. Met folks from different teams for their rotation program. Everyone was super smart and clearly excited about working there. Didn't end up taking the job because I decided to stay outside Chicago.
