I applied in October 2015. Invited to interview, firstly pre-recorded interview and then invited to assessment day (2 half hour interviews) at their London offices. Pre-recorded interview was bizarre but I managed to be successful, I think they want to see how you manage the pressurised situation as you are given 1 minute to structure an answer and 1 min 30 secs to deliver the answer. Fairly intense.
