2 questions with ample time to prepare around 3 mins to prepare then 90 second answer. Still haven't heard back yet been 4 weeks. Also practice questions available however no aptitude tests.
After application submission was the hire vue - a set of two or three questions where you have to record yourself talking to the screen for up to three minutes

It was a straightfoward process, hirevue consisted of 2 questions, then had my final interview with a director a few weeks after i submitted my hirevue. They described what they do. The interview was conversational
