I received an interview invitation via Hire Vue with ample preparation time provided. Questions were clear and manageable, though no retakes were allowed, adding pressure to perform well on the first attempt.
The first process was the HireVue interview.
There were about 3-5 behavioural questions.
They gave me some time to prepare my answer.
I only had 5 days to respond after submitting the resume.
2 stage Hirevue focused on your knowledge of the company itself, and recent knew in the respective field of application. Followed by an aptitude test focused on your values and preferences, and a mathematical test focused on working with numbers and problem-solving.
