Interview Experience: 3/5 The interview process consisted of an online assessment with three coding problems, followed by two technical rounds and a managerial round. The technical interviews were well-organized, professional, and provided a positive experience. However, the hiring process lacked transparency and timely communication. After clearing all rounds, I was informed that further internal discussions were needed before the HR round. Despite regular follow-ups over the next 55 days, I received inconsistent updates and no clear timeline. Eventually, an offer was extended with only a 13% salary increase. While I respect the company’s compensation decision, the prolonged delay and lack of clear communication made the overall experience disappointing. I hope the organization improves its candidate communication, provides realistic timelines, and streamlines the HR process to create a better candidate experience in the future.

My interview is taken by someone who don't have groomed his mustache. When I enter interview room, His hygiene is lowest I seen (putting finger in his nose). He Asked lot of very basic question, most of them I answered. The person than realize I am there for principal role. he asked few question and he rejected. From HR to interview it's look like bulk hiring. From every prospect it's look like third class company.
