A recruiter reached out after being denied a different position, saying they felt I would be a good fit for this position. They moved me to a Hirevue interview, which involved recording answers to a series of questions. Then a video interview with the Manager and Team Lead of the team, followed by a video interview with the principal consultant on the team. During each step of the processes, Blackbaud's recruiting team reached out via phone and asked whether I wanted to continue on in the process. The whole process took about a month.

Interview seemed to go well although the process was long. When I didn’t hear back after some time only to get no response. They can do a better job at telling people they didn’t get the role.
