I had a recorded interview first through a link where a question was asked of me and then I recorded my answer and submitted. After that I had a remote/phone interview where I received an offer at the end of the call.

If you're struggling to get a response from a prospect/client, what do you do?
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
