The interview went well and I had 4 rounds of it. 1st was screening, then technical, managerial and last was HR. In the screening they asked the basic questions related to my career and experience. In the technical they asked me about what projects I have done, what technologies I used there and questions related to that.

Using my network, I have contacted a blackbaud manager and able to use his referral. After 2 weeks, they have called up and arranged a slot for an interview in their Hyderabad office. The interviewer is an European Manager , he just asked basic questions like what is GIT? What is SQL Injection? Diff b/w Abstract & Interface? After that he asked to write a function in C# regarding calculations of items in cart. it took almost 15/20 mins and he said to wait outside. HR came to me and said , Interviewer has negative feedback .so we cant process you. Like if the interviwer doesn't have any interest in taking, why do you guys push him that too in peak lunch hour? This may spoil the candidates mental peace and blames on company obviously
