Just went through your resume and the hr would ask questions about your understanding of their business, company structure, PE industry, etc. Skype interview prob for 30 mins. 2nd interview will be with their managing director for about 15 mins.

I applied online and they let me do a test. It is basically about some typical behavioral interview questions. Then the HR and another M&A analyst gave me the second round. The director gave me the final round.
