First interview was great. The person was easy to talk to. I had some reservations about the company though. Second interview was a good experience, but didn’t help me feelings about the company. Something felt off. They moved very quickly from first to third interview. After second interview I found them on here and the reviews of others kinda confirmed my gut feeling. They are looking to fast track people to “Brand Managers” NOT looking for event coordinators. Whenever a company talks a lot about we’ll train you, growth, potential, and having a team working for you it sends up red flags. I would be cautious about joining this company. Do some research before accepting any offer from them. I declined the third interview and didn’t take the job. Their website wasn’t super specific about what they do and made zero mention of who their clients are. They are in Oak Brook. NOT Chicago. You will mostly likely need a car to work there.

They emailed me saying they were interested, so I replied and selected a date/time for a phone-call interview, which they confirmed in a text and email, however I never got the call. I waited about 15min after the time they were supposed to call me and decided to call the number that confirmed the phone call, but it redirected me to a different phone, and it wasn't the right one because the person on the other end didn't know who I was. I also called their office number and no one ever picked up, it just went straight to voicemail every time. It's bothersome because they have my information and didn't reach back out
