Initial phone conversation: asked my salary expectations, asked clarification on experience listed on my CV, explained a bit about the role. Stated they'd be in touch to arrange interview. In person interview: interviewers were late seeing me (it was a working clinic, so it's a little expected), I was asked pretty standard interview questions, in a regular format. Interviewers were working from a sheet of questions. I was then left with a technician for a chat about the finer details of the job role and where my experience would fit in.
