Disorganized, I'm glad it didn't go well, it shows the culture of the company. Very disrespectful throughout the process by not communicating well, you're not a Google. If you want great talent and brand depiction treat all that go through process fairly with respect. You don't own people who apply for a position and lead them on and ghost them. Grow up and improve your recruitment.
