prepare yourself for waiting in their office till hours until the interview process starts. I had to wait till 1 hour even it was scheduled a couple of days ago. Without going through your resumes and all details, they calls candidates for interview. I had already started the system test there and in between they came to me and says it's not the right profile for their position.
(Pro tip - go 1 hour late to interview with this company if you are going there)
Come on, be professional, you are running a software company, not any local "registar office" People there are having no manners and decency to say "sorry" for the mistake done from their side. Rather they are shamelessly looking at me to leave the office.
Office is located at the heart of hitech city of Hyderabad, which is globally connected, and employee seemed to use local language with me even I don't understand their local language. (Again, you ain't "local registar office")
And the interesting part is that i had already started my system test on a machine. That machine got a problem in between and it took then 15 more minutes to arrange another system. And then they got to know that I'm a wrong profile.
I had taken a leave from my office for this interview, which was not paid, cost me loss of 1000 rupees of my one day income, and these people don't respect your time, your energy invested. You are IT company, maintain the professionalism, don't waste anybody's time just because you guys have enough time to waste.
It was totally disappointing, disgraceful experience being there.
Suggestion - Use the words like "sorry", "apologize" more and speak English to candidates coming for interview. (Again, you ain't "local registar office"). RESPECT other's time.
