Unnecessarily lengthy. Honestly, a recruiting process should never take three months, nor should a candidate have to meet everyone in the department. An assignment? Fine. There is no need for an interview, an assignment, reviewing said assignment, presenting said assignment as a slideshow, or interviews with almost everyone in marketing, HR, etc. Nuts! The hiring manager was pleasant, though.
