We completed a project that was reviewed by two engineers. Both of my interviewers seemed genuinely interested in the work that I did, and asked meaningful questions to understand what I had done. They were also understanding when I described some of the difficulties I ran into. This was followed by a behavioral interview with pretty typical questions. I would say it was more conversational and easygoing than most behavioral interviews I've had. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
