After 10 scheduled interviews, 5 rescheduled ones, and 5 rounds of interviews, I still haven't received any feedback, even after two months. While the interviewers were professional and the conversations were positive, the lack of communication raises concerns about the company culture. They claimed the company is in a hyper-growth state, but that doesn’t seem to be reflected in their interview process. Additionally, the recruitmentspoc, who was very engaged during the interviews, never followed up or attended my call afterward, which was surprising and disappointing.
