I applied for the position online, the recruiter sent me a coding assessment to complete as the first step of the process. Following that, I progressed to the interview stage, which had six rounds. These were centered on SQL, and machine learning.
While the technical interviews were thorough, I found the communication from the recruitment team to be highly unresponsive. Throughout the process, the recruiters only communicated with me when they needed to inform me of the next steps, but they consistently ignored my questions or follow-ups.
It has been almost three weeks now since all my interview rounds were completed, I have followed up multiple times—three times in total—asking for an update or feedback, yet I have received no response. Despite the time and effort I invested in the process, I haven’t even received a simple rejection or feedback email. This level of unresponsiveness is disappointing and, in my view, not at all an ethical practice in professional hiring. Candidates deserve timely communication and feedback, especially after such a long interview process. This lack of response reflects poorly on the company’s values.

The interview process consists of six rounds. It begins with an online assessment (OA) focused on evaluating basic technical and analytical skills. This is followed by five interviews that test a deep understanding of data science concepts, technical coding abilities, and problem-solving approaches. The process concludes with a project presentation to assess practical application and communication skills.

2 rounds - one with HM and one with a panel
The one with HM had python and SQL questions with knowledge test around basic statistics and data science algorithms
Project review during the panel interview
One screening round with Sr. Data Scientist and then a series of 5 interviews ( HM, Another Manager, Sr DS, Director, and Project review with all 4). Job offered on a first come & first serve basis and highly unpredictable process (might close job based on budget cuts)
