I started the process in November and had two 60 minute interviews, with my job offer coming in March. It was pretty intimidating going in. However within a few minutes you're talking about your favorite elements of a certain game and nerding out. It is a very surreal experience to talk about something you do for fun in a very important job interview. My biggest note with this process was that it can take time and requires patience. If you're waiting to hear back, hang in there! Overall, it was awesome.
