The process took about 3 weeks. Three interviewers and myself. Pretty standard stuff. Asked me to introduce myself in English and Korean. Also talked about my experience with Blizzard titles. There was a 30-min translation test at the end where you translate an English forum post to Korean and Korean report to English. Employees seemed nice and relaxed. If you pass the first interview, then there are two more interviews waiting for you. They were looking for someone who loves Blizzard games, participates actively in online communities, and speaks/writes excellent Korean and English. Second and final interviews are probably more difficult but I did not get that far. Just be comfortable talking about yourself, know their games inside and out, and speak/write good English and Korean.
