Honestly the best interview experience I've ever had. I spoke directly with the CEO and a director/manager within my potential department. They showed genuine interest in getting to know more and avoided all the stereotypical questions that are usually expected. You get the opportunity to just be you and direct the interview in the direction you wanted to let them know the real you. There were no tricks or pitfalls, just straight to the point
