All of the interviewers were punctual and nice, although I felt like the team was more interested in soliciting info on how my employer (and former employers) performed similar tasks than in considering me for the position. Kind of like a 'best practices harvesting session.' If your interviewer salivates about the responses that enable them to do their job better, but are apathetic about 'fit' questions, then you may be in the same position. Also had a 'work product sample' request which they estimated would take 4 hours. I have the feeling that this 'work product sample' was really work that the team had in their pipeline, and were being efficient by having external candidates develop the brainstorming, scoping, ideation, and go to market strategy for them. Process left a bad taste in my mouth, but maybe that's how the best companies are recruiting these days. FYI, also appears that the high end of the salary ranges on Glassdoor are artificially inflated, based on my interaction with HR.
