I was contacted for a phone interview about a week ahead of time. The recruiter called and was extremely distracted the entire time. She was telling her dog to "hush" as it was barking for several minutes as I was talking. Then she proceeded to get into her car and connect me to bluetooth (which means she wasn't able to hear me then either). Then her bluetooth went out and I couldn't hear her reply to me. Her only "questions" were "tell me about your resume and your interest in this job". She never asked another question. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable interview. I met all the criteria for the job, yet wasn't taken seriously at all.
