Colloquio
Online meeting with the company's CTO and Co Founder. A 45 minutes conversation about the challenges they are facing and what skills I can bring to help solve them. Emphasizing the challenge of finding employees who are knowledgeable on Blockchain technology.
Interview process was the following flow:
1. External Recruiter screen.
2. Hiring manager interview
3. Take-home assignment
4. Review assignment outcomes with Hiring Manager
5. CEO (but was 2 different conversations b/c of running out of time on the 1st)
CEO called 2 of my references and ghosted (didn't even show or reschedule) for the 3rd. Classless and unprofessional.

Overall I didn't find the initial interview very difficult, probably 3/5 on the difficult scale. However, they never followed up with me even after I sent them a follow up email. I find this to be very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth about the company. In general I find it very odd that there is not much information about this company in general from a review standpoint given their size.
