The first interview was a sit down with my potential boss and co-worker, while the second interview was with my potential boss, a director from a different department and the executive director of the entire chapter. I had to prepare a PowerPoint presentation about leadership that I presented in my second interview. Got a call a week later telling me I got the job.

Video interview with manager. Asked how you would handle if a vendor/donor dropped out of their promised donation shortly before an event. Less than 30 minutes of an interview and somewhat conversational. Wants to know how you handle stress, etc.
