I had an initial phone interview with someone from HR. I was originally contacted by email and they were willing to work with my schedule. the person I spoke with was very friendly ans engaging.

Submitted resume, was contacted 3 months later by an in-house recruiter. Had a phone call with her, then an in house interview. It was a 360 - meeting my supervisor, my peers and my direct reports. After all that, radio silence. It took them about a month after this to tell me they went with another candidate.
