The HR reached out in LinkedIn to send an assessment for me to do. When I tried to clarify with the HR - no response was given after almost more than 2 weeks. Sad that they are trying to get external candidates to perform "free work", which is aligned with the comments here. What a waste. Run, if you see this company! You are essentially dodging a bullet.
