Contacted for a phone screen by a recruiter which lasted about 15 minutes discussing background and information on the role. Then completed a writing exercise which was due a week later. Then went in-person for back-to-back conversations with hiring manager and senior member of the team.
It was three rounds with three one on one interviews with the three levels of reporting structure. The interviews were straight forward with no technical aspect. They were mainly about work ethic and culture fit.
