Simple, with questions about yourself and interest in financial markets, also what was a moment where customer service was impactful for you. Also they asked a lot about financial markets and it seemed it was the same question but different forms.

What was a moment where customer service was impactful for you and how has that changed your perspective.
I had : Hireview, phone calls, first manager interview, final round interview, another phone call of HR to say the manager really liked me, and I did great. 1.5 months later they told me they are looking for someone else. Told me they will send me information to apply to another division... it was in november I'm still waiting...

I was emailed about an interview but it was not a normal interview. I had to record myself and answer questions and send it in. I have not heard back yet, but questions were not too hard.
