I was asked to describe my previous internship experiences and my motivation for applying. Then I was asked to talk about a topic of my choice in the finance industry. Overall, it was a simple process. The accents were a bit hard to understand but they were all friendly.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
